Who we are

Who is behind Prolynx

LMR Consulting Pty Ltd is the Brisbane company that builds, delivers and supports Prolynx. Advisory work, Primavera P6, reporting and platform enablement sit with LMR. Prolynx is the product platform.

The team’s ground is live Project Controls: planning, scheduling, performance analytics, data structure and delivery support for contractors, asset owners and engineering firms. That is the practice the Workbench holds — methods used on the job, organised so the professional can run them every day.

Prolynx AI is built on that same ground. Project information comes in from the schedules, cost systems, documents and registers already on site. The Workbench structures the work. Intelligence analyses the wider project picture. The professional authors, reviews, verifies and decides.

What we do

Planning, systems and the Prolynx Workbench

Capability from live project delivery through to the named-seat Workbench. The same disciplines: plan, control, report, decide.

Project Controls & planning

Structured scheduling, performance and delivery support for project teams. Planning accuracy, reporting confidence and control on live jobs.

Primavera P6 implementation & support

P6 setup, remediation, administration and user enablement aligned to the project in front of you — from first build through outage and programme work.

Data structure & extracts

Bring schedule, cost, document and register extracts into a structured environment. That is how the Workbench starts on a job that already has other systems.

Management reporting & analytics

Turn project datasets into management views: progress, earned performance, exceptions and the picture executives need for the next decision.

Performance & claims support

Historical visibility, earned insight and comparative analysis for project reviews and the commercial position.

Prolynx AI Workbench

Specialist intelligence across planning, estimating, cost, documents, risk, change and executive reporting. Named seats. Independent on the professional’s PC. Launch 26 January 2027.

LMR delivers the practice. Prolynx holds the method. Prolynx AI applies intelligence to the project record.
